A semi truck on a major interstate is seen by tens of thousands of drivers per day. Over a year, that is millions of brand impressions from a single vehicle. According to the Outdoor Advertising Association of America (OAAA), vehicle wraps generate 30,000 to 70,000 daily impressions. Semi trucks on highways push well above that range because of the size and highway traffic volume.
A fleet of wrapped semis on the interstate projects scale and professionalism. Shippers, brokers, and customers notice. It signals that you run a serious operation. We maintain design templates across fleet orders so every truck and trailer looks identical.
Semi cabs take enormous abuse from road debris, rock chips, bugs, and UV. A vinyl wrap acts as a sacrificial layer that protects the factory paint. When you trade in or sell the cab, the paint underneath is pristine and you get better resale value.
Every semi wrap we design includes USDOT numbers, MC numbers, GVW ratings, and all FMCSA-required markings. We integrate them into the design so they meet compliance requirements while still looking professional. No slapping vinyl letters over a beautiful wrap.
A full day cab wrap costs $5,000 to $8,000. Sleeper cab wraps run $6,000 to $10,000 due to the larger surface area. A 53-foot trailer wrap costs $3,500 to $6,000. Cab lettering and logos start at $500. All prices include custom design, premium 3M or Avery Dennison vinyl, and professional installation.
Yes. We include USDOT numbers, MC numbers, GVW, and all required FMCSA markings as part of the wrap design. These are integrated into the overall design so they meet compliance requirements while looking professional. We can also add or update DOT numbers on existing wraps.
Premium 3M and Avery Dennison vinyl is rated for highway speeds and lasts 5 to 7 years on semi trucks with normal OTR use. The vinyl is designed to withstand wind, road debris, and UV exposure at sustained highway speeds without peeling or fading.
We wrap both. Many fleets start with cab wraps for driver identification and add trailer wraps for maximum highway visibility. Trailers are actually easier to wrap than cabs because of the large flat panels, and they often cost less per square foot of branding.
A cab wrap takes 3 to 4 days. A 53-foot trailer wrap takes 3 to 5 days. A full cab plus trailer takes about a week. For fleet orders, we schedule back-to-back installs and work around your dispatch schedule to minimize downtime.
