Sedans are the most straightforward and affordable to wrap because of their moderate surface area and relatively simple body lines. SUVs and trucks cost more purely because of size. A Ford F-150 has roughly 30% more surface area than a Honda Civic, which means more vinyl and more hours in the shop.
Sports cars often fall in the middle of the range. They're smaller than SUVs but have complex body curves, deep recesses, and aggressive styling that require more precision and more time. A Corvette's compound curves take longer to wrap than a Camry's flat panels.
Luxury and exotic vehicles are the most expensive because of their complex body shapes, the extra care required (these are $100K+ vehicles), and often the use of premium materials. We take extra precautions with paint preparation, use the highest grade vinyl, and allow additional time for quality control.
